have three convenient ways you can order our
products on your Visa or MasterCard - all of them
as close as your telephone or fax
machine.
Send a fax order.
Neatly
write the information below on a single sheet of
paper and fax it to us. This is usually the best
option. It cleanly spans time zones, saves on
your long distance bill and helps to ensure all
order information is transferred
correctly.
Leave a voice message order.
Our
voice mail system is active 24 hours/day, 7
days/week. Always ready to take your
order!
Talk to us.
The
best hours to reach us by voice are usually
11am-7pm, Pacific Standard Time (USA), but
please be prepared to leave your order on the
voice mail system if the order line is busy or
not staffed.

Before
you call, please have the following information
available:
- Product
name.
- Your
name, as listed on bank card
- Postal
code (zip code in U.S)
- Bank
card # and type (Visa/MC only).
- Bank
card expiration date.
- Your
email address.
- The
total charge you are authorizing.
A
printable
form
is available for your convenience.
Your
name and postal code are for credit card
verification. Your email address is for electronic
delivery and in case there are questions or
problems with your order. This is
important!
You
need to state the price you are authorizing for the
charge amount. For example, if you are ordering
ActionBars for 3 web sites, you would say
"authorizing charge of U.S. $139.95".
Please
speak (or write) slowly and carefully to ensure
that we get all the information correctly! If we
cannot be sure of the information, we cannot place
your order.
